Cdr. John Dothard, U.S. Navy (Ret.), 76, passed away Monday, October 18, 2010. He was born in Birmingham, AL. and graduated from Auburn University and the University of Southern California. He was a member of the Khedive Shrine Legion of Honor, National Sojourners, and SRF.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 53 years, Jean; daughter, Carrisa Cramer, granddaughters, Amanda and Madison; daughter, Jennifer Mark and husband Steve, and grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, and Teagan.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. Inurnment will be held at Arlington National cemetery at a later date.
