Mr. Fry retired from the U. S. Navy after serving his country during WWII; he also retired from the U. S. Postal Service after serving as the Carrier Supervisor for the Acredale Station; and he worked for many years for C. E. F. Enterprises.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jerilyn Fry; his children, Janine Ruberti (Jassen), Jerry Fry (Amanda), Doreen Cooley (Jim), Denise Cole (Jim), Donna Abby (Anthony), Danny Fry, Laurel Lackey, John Fry, Jr. (Kyla), and Gary Fry (Judy); and his grandchildren, L. J., Jassen, Joey, Megan, Allison, Jaycee, Jacob, Michael, Amy, Brett, Danielle, Dan Michael, Mike, Marc, Tara, Leighann, Teresa, Misty, Christopher, and Amber.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 22, 2010 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm on Sunday at the funeral home. You may offer condolences to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
