Mark David Anderson

Mark David Anderson, 61, passed away on May 17, 2024. He was born on May 21, 1962 in Newport, RI to Stanley and Esther Anderson. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Brian. He was a 1980 graduate of Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach and retired after 31 years with Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Mark was an avid hunter who also enjoyed carpentry, gardening and reading. He was a generous, friendly spirit and a reliable person with great integrity. Mark is survived by his wife, Susan; his mother, Esther Anderson; and daughters Toni and Maeghan Anderson; his step-daughters, Whitney Lowe and Ashley Pelligrini; brother, Greg; and sisters, Robbin Anderson and Kimberley Lamkin; sister-in-law, Connie Anderson; and brother-in-law, Gordon Lamkin. He is also survived by two nephews and seven grandchildren. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association. See link below.
