She worked in many capacities over 30 years for C&P Telephone and Verizon phone companies, and in her spare time, loved traveling with her family.
Marlene is survived by her husband of 44 years, Wayne; her daughter, Lisa Bailey and husband, Doug, of Chesapeake; her son, Jeff Sawyer of Virginia Beach; 3 grandchildren, Jordan Moore, Tiffani Bailey, and Hanna Bailey; 2 brothers, Orlando Faverio, Jr. and his wife, Paula, and Barry Faverio; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, May 16, 2011 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 621 Cedar Rd., Chesapeake, VA 23322 with burial to follow at Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach.
