He is survived by his daughter, Terri Mitchell and her husband, Jeff Mitchell; his son, Robert Webb, Jr. and his wife, Samantha Webb; his grandchildren, Sean and his wife, Susan Foley and Ryan Foley, Collin, Tanner and Maddox Webb; and a great-grandson, Ayden Foley.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home in Virginia Beach with burial to follow at A. G. Horton Cemetery in Suffolk.
