Ronnie Lee “Ron” Gregory, 77, passed away on March 17, 2025. Born in Red Oak, VA he was the son of the late Albert and Rebecca Gregory. Ron was a graduate of Kellam High School, attended Tidewater Community College, St. Leo College and the University of Virginia. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and especially golfing with friends.
During his military career, Ron achieved the rank of Army Captain and was a highly decorated Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Following his military career, and for the past 52 years, he dedicated his attention to the Real Estate profession as a Virginia and North Carolina licensed Broker. Ron “semi” retired in May of 2023, but could not totally let go of his involvement with the Real Estate profession, which he loved.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 49 years, Catherine Louise Gregory; brother, Rick Gregory (Carrie) of Great Falls, MT; numerous nieces, nephews and many caring and lifelong friends. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Friday, May 2nd from 3 to 5pm at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach.
