Sylvia May Lane

Sylvia is predeceased by her parents George and Lucy Pearce, husband Richard Lane Sr., brothers Kenneth and Trevor Pearce, and grandson Jeremy Pickett.

Left to cherish her memory are sister Patricia Kirkpatrick, sisters-in law Annette Adkins and Maureen Pearce, son Richard Lane Jr. and wife Jan, daughters Terry Carpenter and Carol Finley, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.

Service will be held at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 on Saturday, January 20th at 2:00pm. Reception immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local volunteer rescue squad or the American Lung Association.

The family thanks caregivers Mary and husband Champ, Linda, Cheryl and Carsheena for their exceptional care and love. Also, a special thanks to Sentara Hospice.
