

Warren Henry McNeal, Jr., 91, passed away on August 13, 2025 at his home in Virginia Beach. He was preceded in death by his parents, Florence and Warren McNeal Sr., and two infant siblings. He is survived by his longtime friend, companion and fiancée Deborah Ruck.
Warren grew up in the Northern Neck of Virginia. After completing high school he attended the University of Richmond and was in the United States Coast Guard for four years during the Korean War. After college and military service he went into the career of sales. He had a very successful career as a sales representative for over forty years.
Warren enjoyed hunting and fishing and always had a boat for his fishing excursions. He also had a love for antique cars, especially the Model A Ford, in which he had several different ones during his lifetime. He was also a member of the Cape Henry Model A Ford Club.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Laura and Margaret Isenburg for their exceptional care and compassion. Also a heartfelt thank you to good neighbors John Phillips and Chip Lollar for their much needed assistance in helping with transfers.
There will be a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday, September 6, 2:00 pm at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach. There will be a visitation one hour prior at 1:00 pm. Casual attire please.
Also, there will be a memorial gathering in Reedville, Virginia at the Fairport Baptist Church at 2395 Fairport Road on Saturday, September 13 at 1:00 pm.
There will be a private scattering of ashes at a later date, per Warren’s request.
