Alicia Elizabeth Lang

Alicia Elizabeth Lang, age 73 passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Newport Hospital. She was the wife of Paul O'Neil. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Everett J. and Rita E. (Paquin) Lang.

Mrs. Lang was an alumna of St Xavier’s and the University of RI where she studied Psychology. She had worked at Ga-Rel Mfg. Co. which was founded by her parents in 1950 serving as Treasurer.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her stepchildren, Mark O'Neil and his wife Pat, Stacia O'Neil and her husband Dan Reid, Jay O'Neil and his wife Sydney, Alecia O'Neil, her step grandchildren, Timothy, Adam, Rusty, Ruby and Etta. Her Aunt Jean White, her brother Gregory J. Lang and his partner Susan Burgess and his wife Diane Lang (deceased) and her sister Karen Lang-Fusaro and her husband Michael. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lang and her partner Chris Olivo, Melanie London and her husband David, Andrea Lang and her husband Arthur Putt, Katherine Lang and her partner Russell Dawley, Christopher M Fusaro and his wife Ciara Naylor Fusaro, Nicholas P Fusaro and his partner Kana Osaki, Erin E Gauvin (Fusaro) and her husband Edward Gauvin her great nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Lang Manning, Amelia Dawley and Cooper Dawley, Lillian Putt, Ethan Fusaro and Aydan Fusaro, Gabriella Gauvin and Gabriel Gauvin

A graveside committal is going to be planned for the springtime.
