She was the wife of the late Arthur W. Sullivan. Born in Warwick, RI, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Helene (Grahn) Daniel.
Charlene was the beloved mother of Daniel E. Sullivan and his partner Nicole Acampora, and Timothy A. Sullivan; loving sister of Darlene Velardo, Wayne Daniel and Linda Daniel. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was the sister of the late Bruce and Donald Daniel.
Charlene was a nurse at Women and Infants Hospital for many years before retiring to raise and care for her two sons.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 27th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. with her funeral on Tuesday, January 28th at 10:00 am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. At Charlene’s request, please do not wear black, instead wear colorful clothes in tribute to her.
