Born in Providence, he was a son of the late George E. Clements Jr. and Marilyn A. (Finnell) Clements. He leaves his loving brothers, Michael Clements (Ret. WPD) and his wife Kathy, Robert Clements (Ret. PPD) and his wife Sharon, and William Clements (Ret. Major, U.S. Army) and his wife Eva.
Ted proudly served his country as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. He later worked for many years with the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles before retiring. Following his retirement, he owned and operated A2Z Driving School until last year.
Ted’s funeral services and burial are private at his request.
