Christine Darling

Christine (Warner) Darling, age 51, of Hamilton, died on September 12, 2012 at Butterworth Hospital. She graduated from Martin High School in 1979, later graduating from Davenport University. For 12 years Christine had worked in the food service of Bentheim Elementary School in Hamilton. On September 21, 1984, Christine married Jeffrey Darling. They shared many wonderful years together raising their two children. She enjoyed craft work including knitting and crocheting and she liked spending quiet time reading a good book. She is survived by her husband Jeff, her children Nathan Darling and Katelyn Darling, her parents Russ and Mary Warner, her brother William (Barbara Jean) Warner and her sister Julie (Tony) Pallett, parents-in-law, Marvin and Louise Darling, sister-in-law Pam (Ed) Marsh, brother-in-law Ron (Maggie) Darling and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Christine's life will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Archer, Hampel, and Kubiak Funeral Home, Wayland, with Reverend Ronald Verwys officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Lupus Foundation. Relatives and friends may meet the family from 2-4 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
