I worked in a restaurant for four years that Lucas always came in to fix appliances for us and we saw him very often. He was such a happy spirit and we loved having him around, everyone was always so excited whenever he would be coming in and we always requested to have him. I was so so sad to hear this awful news and have not been able to get his infectious smile out of my head ever since. My heart goes out to his family whom I know will miss him dearly as well as everyone heâ€™s ever crossed paths with. He was a great person, taken far way too soon.

To the entire Miner family...our hearts are so broken and you are all in our thoughts and prayers.Â  "Miner" spent a lot of time at our house with my nephew Al. I made him many meals and I recall one Sunday morning we got up and he had left which was not a big deal, and all of a sudden he pulled in the driveway and he had gone to Dick's Market and picked up food and made us all breakfast.Â  He was the sweetest guy.Â  I think the one thing that stands out to me is how excited he was to become an uncle.Â  Most guys do not express the excitement like he did. In fact I have never met a man that expressed it like he did. We loved him like a son and our kids thought of him as a big brother.Â  Even though life gets in the way sometimes and we didnt get to see him often he remaind in our hearts.Â  I am thankful my son Ben ran into him a few weeks ago at Martin Speedway and was able to reconnect even for a few minutes. Condolences to all of you!Â 

Luke or as I loving called him Teddy Bear entered my life when he was a teen.His quick wit and warm smile instantly cemented a place in my heart.To Luke's family no words can express my sorrow at your loss. I will treasure my memories of such a beautiful soul forever.Â
