Remember Bob from when I was a kid but my more resent memories are from his visits to Allegan County Medical Care Community.  He came to visit folks from Wayland. "Humma, humma, humma", our dad, Grandpa and Great Grandpa "Goofenoff" is catchin' "haaags" in the best fishin' waters with a "big bass under every lily pad and a chocolate milkshake on top."  It was a full moon the night he left, perfect for "night fishin'" with Bob's favorite "ole Indian tricks"; black or white spinner bait on an Ugly Stick with a Cardinal 4 reel.   One thing to "always remember and never forget, it's a little jerk on one end and a big jerk on the the other", that way you won't get "cut off by a big northern!"  "Who'da thunk it?" We always pray before we eat that the Lord would "bless this food onto our bodies"; some of us are more blessed than the others, and "you'd better eat quick or you'll pull back a bloody stub." "Papa Gander" loved his "Mother Goose", Daryl, his other brother Daryl, Goob, Shou, and Pork Chop too. Did you know he was a dog guy?  He would always offer to "cut their tails off behind their ears". Uncle Bob worked 36.2 years at General Motors (wait was that a Binary number or maybe a hexadecimal?) He must've thought a lot of us had a drinking problem, because we were all told at one time or another that we were "full of pink pop". So, "from one ole toolmaker to another, use my head and give the Lord a chance in your life". "Good nightie, good nightie, pajama,pajama...Shadrack, Meshack, and to. bed.we.go, and "Don't do anything Evie wouldn't do." We remember Bob (and Evie) with so many fond memories.  We met at Wycliffe USA Orlando, FL RV Park, where we, along with Bob & Evie, were volunteering.  Bob was such a wonderful prayer warrior!  His faithfulness in praying for a long prayer list was astounding!  We will remember him with great fondness, and will be praying for Evie and their family.
