

Rochelle Lee Roe, age 87, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026. Born on April 4, 1938, in Plainwell, Michigan, to Paul and Virginia Brocker, Rochelle lived a life marked by dedication, faith, and love for her family.
A longtime attendee of Grandville Bible Church, she found great joy and strength in her church community. Rochelle enjoyed a fulfilling career as an accountant, where her precision and integrity shone through. Rochelle’s biggest accomplishment was the life she built with her cherished family.
Rochelle will be lovingly remembered by her dear children Robin Scheib, Vicki (Greg) Graczyk, Valerie (Bob) Bergstrom, Rita (John) Arce, and Merle (Barb) Shoemaker; stepdaughters Holly Toy and Ann (Chuck) Sharp; brother, Hal (Kirstine) Brocker; sisters Sandy Czichos, Pam (Ken) Merren, Gail Lundstrom, Debbie (Toad) Logan; cherished 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren (with one expected in February), and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as her lifetime friend, Marge Solomon. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, William R. Roe; parents Paul and Virginia Brocker; stepfather, Jim Carpenter; son-in-law, Gary Scheib; brother-in-law, Mike Czichos; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation with family and friends will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home (Wayland Chapel), 312 N. Main St., Wayland. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 30 at Grandville Bible Church, 4122 44th St. SW, Grandville, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to service.
