Antonio S. Tovar, Jr. was born on October 4, 1938 in Eagle Pass, Texas. He was the son of Antonio and Soledad Tovar, the father of Eduardo Tovar, and the brother of Irma Reyes who all preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife Berta Tovar, his brother Gustavo Tovar, his sister Janie Brumley Tovar, his sons by choice Bruce Caver and Tony Caver, 6 grand-children, 2 great-grand-daughters, and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Antonio was known to his family and friends as Toby and to his grandchildren as Pipa. He passed away peacefully in his home on June 9, 2015. Toby will be remembered for loving his family dearly. He was dedicated to them and was a proud husband; father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Toby will be missed by many, but he will never be forgotten. His legacy will live on in those who loved him.
