Ardell Betty Wilson

Ardell Betty Wilson, 90, of Pearland, Texas passed away January 30, 2018. She was born in Ogden, Utah on November 7, 1927 to Bryant and Winnifred Furniss. She was married to Harold Wilson for 48 years.

She was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church. Ardell was an extreme advocate for the mentally challenged and volunteered with the local and state ARC.

She was preceded in death by parents; husband Harold Wilson; and siblings Lloyd, Lola, Billy, Kenny, Robert, and Eileen.

She is survived by her sons Jeffrey H. Wilson and wife Deborah of Denver, Colorado, Gary B. Wilson of Pearland, Texas, and Kenneth Luke Wilson of Pearland, Texas; grandchildren Gary V. Wilson and wife Emily of League City, Texas, Joel Wilson and wife Dacia of Denver, Colorado, Jesse Wilson of San Francisco, California, and Tim Wilson and wife Kaori of Denver, Colorado; great-grandchildren Ian, Ivy, and Justin; and sister Priscilla Seager of Minneapolis, Minnesota, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 5515 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581 at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018. A reception to follow at Forest Park East Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with graveside to follow at 3:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Cemetery.
