Billie Owens, 80, passed away January 29, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Herb Owens; their children, Cathy O’Leary and husband William, Perry Owens and Cathy Schlueter, Cindy Weeks and husband Gary, Connie Owens, Sandy Owens and husband Steve Bull; eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Joyce Saenger, sisters-in-law Patsy Parsons and Ida Lea McComb, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30PM Monday, February 4, 2013, at Forest Park East, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas.
