Billie Sue Witt, 84, of Houston, Texas passed away on November 11, 2023. She was born in Tonkawa, Oklahoma on May 1, 1939 to Allan and Edna Winkler.
A visitation for Billie will be held Monday, November 20, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and her Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a committal service to follow. All services will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 21620 Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas.
