Cecelia Kay Tilley passed away March 2, 2013. She was born December 27, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana and lived in Houston for the past 30 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Cecilia is survived by her son, Norman and wife, Liz Perkins; daughter, Melissa Jandal; 7 grandchildren, Taylor, Jason, Jared, Josh, Rebecca, Linda and Sherai; 2 great grandsons, Austen and Connor; brother, Bill Williams; two sisters, Dee and husband, Tommy Laird and Millie Barger; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013 in the Chapel at Forest Park East Funeral Home.
