Cindy Medearis

The daughter of Warren Edward and Betty Jo Carroll, she was born in Baytown, TX on August 9, 1953. Known as Cindy, she graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown in 1971. She married Daniel West and had 2 children, Kelly and Crystal. Later she married Billy Medearis. After Billy's passing in 2012, Cindy lived with and took care of her mother, Betty Jo. She was a member of New Beginnings Church in League City, TX. Cindy had a love for spending time with her family, antiquing, shopping & flowers.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Betty Jo Carroll. She is survived by two children, Kelly West and wife Sunni, and Crystal Hayes and husband Michael; two brothers, Eddie Carroll and wife Becky, and Ritchie Carroll and wife Suzy; and five grandchildren, Jordan, Noah, Ella, Kay Lynn, and Ashley. Many nieces & nephews.

For those desiring, memorial contributions in Cindy’s name may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

A visitation for Cindy will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 12:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:30 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A graveside service will occur Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 3:30 PM at Forest Park East Cemetery.
