David Nelson Lewis, age 61, of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. David was born February 2, 1960.
A visitation for David will be held Monday, September 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
