Donald Lynn Farrell, Sr.

Donald Lynn Farrell, Sr., age 77, of League City, Texas passed from this life into the arms of a loving God on March 3rd, 2019, due to complications associated with pneumonia and influenza. He was born on January 1st, 1942 on a farm in Bell County, Texas to Oscar Wilbur and Velma Margaret Farrell. Donald was retired from a career in the food services business having managed several restaurants in the Houston area.

Donald is survived by his wife of 55 years, Vickie Bowlin Farrell, son Donald Lynn Farrell, Jr. and wife Laurie, daughters Shannon Farrell, Brandy Farrell Bosquez and husband Ed, and Elizabeth Farrell and husband Dominic Dunn, 14 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sister-in-law Mary Farrell of Magnolia, Texas, Ray Farrell and wife Judy of Katy, Texas, Tommie Farrell and wife Lynn of Cloudcroft New Mexico, Ken Farrell and wife Nan of Homer, Louisiana, sister-in-law Karen Bateman and husband Arnie of Plano, Texas, and many nieces and nephews.

Donald was predeceased by daughter, Mary Margaret Farrell and brother, Oscar Farrell, Jr.

Donald was a member of the New Life Praise Center in Seabrook, Texas.

Memorial service will be held for Donald Saturday, March 9, 2019 11:00am at New Life Praise Center, 1401 1st St., Seabrook, Texas, 77586.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in Donald Farrell's name to the American Diabetes Association. Donald's family would like to thank each and everyone for their prayers and support.
