Eileen Evelyn Hooks

She was preceded in death by her husband H. Jack Hooks, parents Mamie and Luke Patrick, brother Douglas Patrick, and sister Lorraine Patrick Cunyus.

She is survived by her sister Ella Vee Mayes, daughters Carolyn Storey and husband Herman, Barbara Haynes and husband Robert, Diane Tucker and husband Charlie, Patty Sweeten and husband Lee, and son Richard Hooks, grandchildren Kris Knight, Micki Vincent, Phillip Haynes, Mike Haynes, Andrew Tucker, Kimberly Lominac, Amy Tucker, Stephanie Bowers, 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Freeway Manor Baptist Church for many years and served there as church secretary, and recently was a member of South Main Baptist Church and the Forerunners Sunday School class.

She enjoyed golf, painting, quilting, and spending time with family.

Special appreciation to the following pallbearers, Jake Vincent, Phillip Haynes, Charlie Tucker, David Knight, Dave Fries, Jeff Vincent, Cody Knight, Herman Storey and Andrew Tucker.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.

Visitation will be in the chapel at Forest Park East on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:30 am followed by a memorial service at 12:30 pm with interment following.
