Eloisa Ybarra

Eloisa Rios Ybarra went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2026, at the age of 73. She is survived by her husband, Camilo Ybarra Jr. Of 52 years of marriage and five children, Debbie, Sandra, Farah, Monica and John.

She was the daughter of Rev. Pablo Rios Sr. And Eloisa Rios, who are now with the Lord. She is preceded in death by her sister, Margarita Salas. Eloisa is survived by her brother and sisters, Pablo Rios Jr (Elizabeth), Narciso Rios, Cruz Rios (Susana), Jovita Garcia (Robert), Esther Escobar (Roberto), Lea Rios Schmeda, Frances Vasquez (Michael), Mary Rios Canales, Rev. Samuel Rios (Velia), Anita Romero (Rudolph Jr.), Jerry Rios (Julie), and numerous nephews and nieces.

Eloisa was very active in her church. She was a Deacon at Templo Bethel del Cladic,. She also was the assistant Editor of El Mensajero Cristiano del Cladic.

A visitation will be held at Templo Bethel del Cladic, located at 710 76th St, Houston, TX 77012, on January 23, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on January 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

The committal will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598, on January 24, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm.

In lieu of flowers, Eloisa wanted donations to be made to LACCC for “Fondo Dr Gilberto C Alvarado for nuevo Centro de Convenciones”.
