Fritz Roger Lang

Fritz R. Lang, of Houston, Texas, passed away May 25, 2017. He was born in Houston, Texas on October 28, 1925 to August and Luella Lang. He was married to Dorothy Lang for 44 years. Fritz worked in construction for Dorner Plastering Company, AD Lang Construction Company and F.L. Constructors, Inc. He was a member of Plasterers Local 79 and the Pasadena Brethren Church

Fritz had a passion for the outdoors. He loved the beach, canoeing with his grandchildren and camping. He also enjoyed helping others with home repairs.

He was preceded in death by wife, Dorothy Lang; brothers Martin Land and James Lang; sister Viola Winebrenner.

He is survived by son Fritz A. and Jennie Lang; grandsons Isaac Lang, David and Suzanne Lang, Tim Lang, Joseph Lang, Ben Lang, John and Brooke Lang, Peter Lang, Noah Lang; great-grandchildren Zoe, Ivy, Jonathan and Trent; sisters Carol and Tom Speed and Mary and Gabe Ramos; sister-in-law Janice Lang; many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Forest Park East Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
