Greg Sills

Thomas Gregory “Greg” Sills, age 64, succumb to causes unknown Thursday, October 13th, 2016 in South East Memorial Hospital. He was born to Tommy Joe and Doris Jean (Henderson) Sills in 1952; an only child.

Greg began hunting at an early age with his grandfather, enjoyed water-skiing in his youth with his friends, and scuba diving in college where he met Martha, his first wife, and mother of his two children. He was an avid family man and entrepreneur, his convenience store “Mr. Mercury” a meeting place of his neighborhood and community. His generosity and fairness were known to all. Snow-skiing became his new passion and Colorado his second home. After a divorce, a rekindling of his love of motorcycles, his long road led him to his soul mate Cynthia. For almost 22 years he enjoyed the love and joy of his wife Cynthia; daughter, Christina; sons, Brian, Robert and (Laurie), and Chris; grandchildren, Jerimiah, Stephen, Luke, Madalyn, and Madison; and golden retrievers Cutter Bill and Daisy Mae.

Greg was preceded in death by his mother Doris Jean, and is survived by his Father, Wife, Children, and Grandchildren.

The family will welcome friends Friday, October 28, 2016 2:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 p.m..
