

His family moved to Texas in 1935 so his father could pursue a career in the oilfield.
World War II took Dale to Europe and his brother to the pacific; both men fought this battle within the U.S. Army Air Corp (U.S. Air force).
Dale Weaver’s career after the war was centered in the “West Texas Oilfield,” where in October 1947 he found the love of his life, and married Naomi Kathleen McNeme. Dale’s career carried him and his family to Colorado, Venezuela, New York and finally back to Texas where he built his family business in 1979. Dale Weaver succeeded in building a business that today still operates with the family values he instilled in D.W. Industries.
He was survived by his wife, Naomi Kathleen, his children, Roger and his wife Shannon, Peggy and husband Frankie, and Richard; Grandchildren, Cameron, Vanessa and husband James, Eric, Aaron, Matthew and Candice; Great-grandchildren, Gunnar, Ashton, and Seth.

The visitation will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home on Sunday June 8, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday June 9, 2014, at Hope Lutheran Church in Friendswood, Texas.
