Irene Ruth Womack, age 93, of Webster, Texas passed away May 23, 2019. She was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on November 2, 1925 to Henry and Lydia Wambolt. Irene was married to Boyd Victor Womack for 55 years.
She was a member of Heritage Park Baptist Church in Webster, Texas. Her passions included American History, Current Events, sewing and decorating.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lydia Wambolt; sisters, Lucille, Alma, Helen, Darlene, and Betty; brothers, Albert, Sonny, Henry, Harry, Leo, and Gary.
Irene is survived by her children and their spouses, Stephen (Dorothy) Womack, Barbara Womack, and David (Nancy) Womack; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, friends and family members.
