Jennifer Dee Kegresse

With her family surrounding her, Jennifer Dee Kegresse of Pasadena, Texas ascended into the arms of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 4, 2017. Jennifer fought bravely to have her son Zachary Lane Greer, born healthy on February 8, 2017 while fighting sarcoma-stage IV lung cancer. Jennifer was born on March 9, 1981 in Pasadena and was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran church, Pasadena and attended school in Pasadena. Jennifer could be brutally honest yet had a good heart and a generous smile and was always willing to help her family and friends. She was the mother of beautiful children, Emily Grace Kegresse, Khloe Danielle Higgins, Allie Dee Greer, Zachary Lane Greer and four sons. Jennifer loved every one of her children and there was not a day that went by that she did not pray and think of her precious children. Her children were always in her heart. She will be watching over each of you as you grow into strong men and women.

Jennifer is preceded in death by father, Edward Lee Kegresse.

She is survived by mother, Marla Kegresse; husband, Stephen Greer; sister Mandy Schild and husband Dan Schild; nephew, Marc Nelson, step-mother, Audrey Seawright; half-sister, Sarah Kegresse and 3 sons; uncle, Joe Tucker and wife Bertha Tucker; cousins, Jason Tucker, Joey Tucker and Kimberly Tucker; aunt Christi Tucker and many friends.

Our family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at MD Anderson who cared so kindly and respectfully for Jennifer.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Jennifer’s life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.
