John David Schreiber

John was deeply passionate about his family, loving with his whole heart. His greatest joy was seeing his wife and children happy. He was also an avid Astros and Texans fan, rarely missing a game. John loved to travel, float in his pool, and work with leather. He was a dedicated employee of Catholic Charities for 20 years, serving as the Superintendent of Building Services.

John was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Schreiber; his mother, Mary Ellen Schreiber; his brother, Anthony “Tony” Schreiber; and his brother-in-law, John Lopez. He is survived by his wife, Amanda; his son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Sabrina; his son, Ryan; his stepchildren, Kristopher, Natalie, and Emily; his sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Gene Berviller; his sister and brother-in-law, Lois and Art Henderson; his sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Marty Dellbringge; his sisters, Joyce Lopez and Judy Burns; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bonnie and Ronnie Klesel; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tommy and Melissa Klesel; as well as several cousins, nephews, and nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m., at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598.
