Julia B. Martinez, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on September 1, 2011. Julia was born in Houston, Texas on April 13, 1925 to Mauro Castro Beserra & Anita Aguirre Beserra. Julia was preceded in death by both parents, her loving husband of 62 years, Pablo B. Martinez, two sisters Juana B. Sorola, Maria B. Urtiaga and two brothers, Juan Beserra & Ernesto Beserra. Julia is survived by nine children, Ralph Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Paul Martinez , Louis Martinez, Rosa Barnett, Belinda Childers, Angela Trevino, Roy Martinez and Ray Martinez, 28 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, several loving daughters-in-laws and son-in-laws, one loving brother Pete Beserra, along with numerous wonderful and loving nieces & nephews. All services for Julia will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. Visitation will be on September 5, 2011 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with a rosary from at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday September 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home followed with a burial in Forest Park East Cemetery.
