Letha “Lorraine” Reid-Davis, 78, of Baytown, Texas passed away February 28, 2017. She was born in Dickinson, Texas on July 19, 1938 to Charles and Letha Raybon. She was married to Henry Davis for 16 years. She has a career in Accounting and worked for Plowden Supply for 29 years and Southwest ship yard for 9 years. She had a passion for taking care of Henry and her family, taking care of her garden and spending time outside.
She is preceded in death by parents, Charles and Letha Raybon.
She is survived by husband, Henry Davis; sons, Lester Stevenson Reid Jr., Ross Davis and wife Janie; daughters, Debra “Diane” McAdams and husband Matthew, Denise Sievers and husband Kevin, Janene Spurgeon and husband Robert; 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Hambrick. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 3, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home with interment to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
