Mariann Rose Stiers

Mariann or Mimi as she was called by her friends and family had a long career in the HVAC industry and retired from Hunton Group where she worked for more than 15 years. She loved working at Hunton and enjoyed hearing about the growth of the company from her daughter, Leanne Stiers, who still works there. After retiring from Hunton Group she worked with her other daughter, Karey Clements, in the foodservice business at Forbes Hever & Wallace, Inc.

Before becoming ill, Mariann loved fishing, cooking and visiting with her friends and family. She especially loved being with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, William Stiers, daughters Leanne Stiers and wife Angela Martinez and Karey Clements and husband Chris, grandchildren Parker Stiers and Sydney Clements, brother David Coldewey, sister-in-law Fay Coldewey and niece Lindsey Lacina.

Mimi passed away during COVID lockdown in 2020 and a funeral service was not possible at the time. Therefore, the family will be holding a Celebration of Life for both Mimi and Bill at Forest Park East Funeral Home on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers please send donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
