Martha Allen Pattison

Martha Allen Pattison, 85, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in Sugar Land, Texas after a brief illness. Martha was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on February 2, 1927 the daughter of Freta May and Calvin John Harris. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband John Hays Allen and her second husband, Roy Pattison, Jr.

She is survived by daughters, Sherry Allen Keil and husband Rich of Woodland Park, Colorado, Jan Moore and husband Harry of Sugar Land, Texas, sons John Allen and wife Susan Parlier of West Fork, Arkansas, Brian Pattison of Katy, Texas and Stephen Pattison and wife Carolyn Johnson of Washington, DC. She was blessed to have 9 grandchildren, Carrie Kahl and husband Jeff, Cassie Sears and husband Matt, Laura Riley and husband Marty, Jill Moore, Russell Moore and wife Heidi, Ashley Moore, Joel Pattison, Aaron Pattison, Charlotte Pattison, and 6 great grand-children, Braden Sears, Jackson Sears, Trenton Sears, Kaylee Kahl, Preston Kahl, and Reese Riley.

She was an active member in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Houston, Texas and Calvary Episcopal in Richmond, Texas. Visitation will be held from 2-3 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas with services also on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Forest Park East Chapel with a private burial service for family immediately following.
