Melissa Kay Langhart

She was born on April 13, 1977 in Ridgecrest, California to Keith and Lou (Faulk) Falcon. She married Travis Langhart on April 28, 2001 in Spring, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Travis Langhart; her daughter Kiley Langhart; her parents, Keith and Lou (Faulk) Falcon; brother Brian Falcon; mother in law Denise Kleinpeter Emmons; sister in law Sandy (Craig) Michelet and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her son, Tanner Chase Langhart; and grandparents, Don and Ursa Falcon and Lawrence and Betty Faulk.

She worked at Legacy Christian Academy where she befriended those she met and shaped the lives of the children she taught.

Melissa lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; appreciating a beautiful sunset; restoring and decorating her family's home; and spending time hiking and traveling with Travis and Kiley.

Family, friends and others whose lives Melissa touched are invited to Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598 on saturday, March 4, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 5:30pm to reminisce, grieve and support each other. Burial will be in Forest Park East Cemetery following a service at Forest Park East on sunday, March 5, 2023, at 1:00 pm.
