Menelaos Theofilos Skaris

Menny was born in Webster, Texas on June 15, 1977, to Phil and Kathy Skaris. He graduated from Friendswood High School in 1996 where he made many life-long friends. He went on to attend San Jacinto Community College where he received an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. At the time of his passing, Menny resided in Bacliff, Texas and was working as a Supervisor for IES Holdings in Webster, Texas.

Menny enjoyed humoring his family and friends and was a hard worker who loved to entertain. With Menny, it was what you see is what you got. He had a heart of gold. Wherever he went, Menny touched the lives of many with his friendship. His laughter was contagious. He loved the water and became an accomplished fisherman. Menny also enjoyed listening to all kinds of music and smoking meat on Sunday. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He was cherished by all who knew him and everyone is deeply saddened by this unthinkable, senseless tragedy that took his life.

Menny was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Kathy and father, Phil, his sister, Ginny and her husband Derek, his sister Elene and her husband Chris, his niece, Madelyne, his little fur babies, Roxie, Cowbell, ShopCat, his aunts, uncles and cousins.
