Richard Eugene Harris

Richard Harris was born to Delbert and Mitzi Harris on November 3, 1953 in Ogallala, Nebraska. He is survived by his wife Deborah, daughter Christina, her husband Brian and grandson Reed. Early in Rick’s career, he worked in law enforcement, then pursued a career in transportation. In the last years of his life, he was a commercial roofing inspector. Rick had a true love for animals. He was one of a kind and will be truly missed by his family and friends.
