Rita Elaine Vega, born February 14, 1949, passed away October 30, 2013 in Webster, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Edward Vega; sons, Tony Wiggins and Michael Wiggins; brothers, Fred Barnhill and wife Kathy, and Craig Barnhill; grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Wiggins, Reece Rodriguez and Madison Johnson. Visitation will be Monday, November 4, 2013 from 12:30PM to 2:30PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at 3PM at Forest Park East Cemetery.
