He retired from Amoco/BP after a proud career on March 31, 2009 after 32 years with the company he took such pride in working for and whom he developed many longtime friends within the company and in the legal community.
Robert followed in his father’s footsteps who had a love and passion for the game of golf. He played golf for his high school and college teams. He became a member of Golfcrest Country Club in 2006 where he continued to hone his golf game and found a wonderful family of friends and golfers who are just as passionate for the game.
Robert’s wife and family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at MD Anderson Hospital Main Campus and the Clear Lake City Campus for their excellent work and loving care at his most vulnerable moments. Our appreciation and heartfelt thanks go to the A-Med Hospice staff who stood by Robert with kindness, tenderness and understanding and who were so supportive of us in our time of grief.
