

Rosemary Elizabeth Jaap, 60, of Webster, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016. She was born in Crane, Texas on April 25, 1955 to Jack and Mary Helen Clark. She was married to James Price Jaap for 14 years. Rosemary worked as a housewife. She was a member of League City Church of Christ and had a passion for traveling, watching old television shows and musicals, and working with children. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary Helen Clark; father-in-law, Fred Jaap; along with her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is survived by her husband, James Price Jaap; daughter, Elizabeth S. Jaap; mother-in-law, Rebekah Jaap; Jim’s brother, Stephen Jaap and wife Kathy; Jim’s sisters, Karen Churchwell and husband Jim and Jeanne Elliston and husband Mike; sister, Ruth Elaine (Clark) Weseman and husband Richard and their children, Victoria Lindsay Meek, Ryan Daniel Weseman, and Ashley Nicole Weseman. Pallbearers will be Eddie Pourchot, James Pourchot, Richard Weseman, Stephen (Steve) Jaap, Jim Churchwell and Mike Elliston. The family will receive visitors on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. The Celebration of Rosemary’s Life will begin at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel with interment to immediately follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
