This was a life of riches in love and happiness. Beryl had a long-term, special marriage to Albert Allpress who predeceased her. They brought in to their marriage six children: Marjory Louise (Bill), Marilyn Beryl, Peggy Jean (Marshall), Alan Walter, Roderick Albert (deceased), and Thomas Alfred (deceased). They also had an adopted son and daughter from Malaysia, Dan and Esther Lim. Mom loved her grandchildren (10) and great grandchildren (8) dearly. Many nieces and nephews were held closely in her heart. Beryl was a happy person with a deep faith. We hold dear the many handcrafted gifts that she created for us over the years. She enjoyed the knitting group at St. Margaret in the Pines. Her neighbours were embraced by her, and she held friendships for many years. Her friend Betty Blake has been with her since high school. We say goodbye with tears and many precious memories, and we know that she passed peacefully and with joy.
