Crystal Sharon Marie Harding

It is with incredible and immense sadness that Crystal Sharon Marie Harding (nee Vandal); aged 62 years’ young, lost her hard-fought battle with cancer on December 14, 2016. Having been diagnosed with cancer twice in one lifetime, Crystal chose to take her palliative care in her home, where she could be close to her two-beloved grand-daughter’s, Raedan Christine and Falon Jadine, her daughter Justine and Son-in-law Ryan Walsh. Crystal passed peacefully, exactly the way she wished.

Crystal leaves behind her brothers, Edward (Ed), Lawrence (Larry) and Ronald (Ron) Vandal, and Sisters, Marilyn Vandal, Lorraine (Vandal) and Heather Berthelette (nee Vandal). Crystal also left behind a Niece Marcie Vandal, three grand-nieces, Nephews Neil and Adam Malcolm and three grand-nephews. Passed before her, the youngest brother Wayne Schachter (Vandal), her Mother Jean Vandal (nee Durward) and Father, Norman Vandal.

Crystal will join her husband of 41 years of marriage, Percival (Percy) Oswald Harding (1935-2013) and her beloved son Elton William (1975-1984, gone too soon, but always in her heart) in the afterlife. Crystal’s ashes are to be interred in her son’s grave site, beside the ashes of her husband in the Spring of 2017, as were her wishes. A private family ceremony will follow at that time.
