In loving memory of Elizabeth Elsie May Washburn (Woodforde), born May 19, 1937, who passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on February 26, 2026 at the age of 88. She is now reunited with her cherished mother Lylda and loving husband Robert (Bob) Washburn, who predeceased her in 2010. Elizabeth and Bob had an incredible bond and together created a life filled with love and built a beautiful family.
Elizabeth was known for her warmth, unconditional kindness and humour. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister who enjoyed spending time in the garden and baking. Her favourite place to be was at the cottage surrounded by family. Elizabeth will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children David (Lauren), Lisa (Andrew), Rob; her grandchildren Cashis, Justin, Lucas, Oden, Erin, Emily and Annika; and beloved sister, Sandra.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home.
