With thanksgiving for the life of Mary Ethel, It is with sadness I share with you that she passed away in Sunnybrook Health Science Centre with people who loved her by her side. She will be missed by her brothers David and Art and their families; by Carol, Penny, Peter, Jennifer, Barry and Gordon; and by her many friends. A Celebration of Mary Ethel’s life will be held at St. Mark’s United Church, 115 Orton Park Road, Scarborough on Friday, January 29th – visitation 1:00pm, service 2:00pm, with a reception to follow. If you plan to attend this celebration, please remember to wear colour to honour the colourful spirit of Mary Ethel. You are also invited to bring a non-perishable item for the food bank. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Mark’s Embrace the Spirit Fund would be appreciated.
