Dear Rose, I think of you often. Life was too short, however, in that time you impacted many people. We had so much fun together. Especially with Gord and the children. I miss you my hot  little pepper...my tiny, but mighty soul-sister. Sending you ❤️ , 🫂's and 😘's on the heavenly express.

Rosie will be missed by so many people but we all have wonderful memories to treasure forever. When she joined us at Cardinal Leger School she brought such a vibrant, wonderful, fun charisma to both the staff and her students. She was such a dedicated teacher who made learning so much fun. Her students all loved her. She would light up the staff room with her jokes and laughter. Staff parties were also so much fun! Rosie and I would dance together all through the night! She was the life of the party. 
She is now dancing and singing with the angels! We will all join you there one day. Then we will party together again! Love you forever!

It was hard to say goodbye to this wonderful being today but I will always be grateful for my luck at having her in my life.  She definitely made an lasting impact on my life.   Much love to Gord, Melanie and JP

Dear Gord, Melanie & JP,
We think of our former neighbours and send our sincere condolences.  We have such fond memories of Emma and Joe sharing their garden produce with us, Melanie and JP growing up with our kids Matt and Brooke, and of course Gord and Rose who we counted as good neighbours.  All these combine to make us remember good times and how important it is to have such people in our lives.  As Christians, we have the hope of gathering again in our Lord's time and being reunited with our loved ones.  From our family to yours, God bless you, one and all.

Although I only had the opportunity to meet Rose a handful of times, I have known her daughter, Melanie, for over a decade and am blessed to call her a true friend. 

It is a testament to Rose that she raised such a loving, caring, thoughtful, generous and compassionate daughter. I have never known Melanie to not lend a hand when needed and go above and beyond to help in a crisis. I imagine she got much of her good and giving nature from Rose. 

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal
Love leaves a memory no one can steal

Memories about Rose. There are so many and for that I will be forever grateful. I first met Rose in 1984, when I transferred to St. Gabriel Lalemant and she was a teacher at St. Barnabas. We were working on the details for our family of schools' mass. Here was this little, Italian spitfire. She smiled from ear to ear and we became fast friends. Our families ate meals together, watched movies together and watched our children grow into the wonderful adults they are today, together.  Sunshine's buffet at Bayview Village (no longer there) and going to the movies were our monthly dates with the whole family. We had to make sure we didn't sit near anyone because Rose was the only person, I discovered, that talked to the screen more than me. We laughed, danced, shared our lives and cried together. Although a little older than me, I always considered Rose my little sister. I will miss you for as long as I breathe. I rejoice that you are at rest and can once again dance, sing, laugh and talk all the angels' ears off. Until we meet again, in that party in paradise, continue to watch over all of us. Heaven has inherited one mighty, powerful Angel!

I want to express my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Rose.
She was a beautiful lady with a zest for life and was surrounded by so much love.  
I am in Italy now and will not be able to attend the funeral services or Mass.  I am thinking of you at this difficult time and know that you have wonderful memories of Rose that you will treasure forever.
