Segunda “Daisy” Abasolo, passed away comfortably, surrounded by her family at home on April 7, 2025, after multiple battles with cancer. Daisy and her husband Rodrigo Abasolo raised three children together: John, Jeffrey, Jerry, and plus Judy and Amor. Daisy was blessed with three grandchildren: Jayden, Andry and Jamie.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 4115 Lawrence Ave E, West Hill, ON M1E 2S2. A second visitation will be held on Thursday April 17, 2025 from 10:30AM to 11:30AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:30AM at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 4115 Lawrence Ave E, West Hill, ON M1E 2S2. A reception will take place the same day, 2:00PM at AiSushi Restaurant 5103 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1S 4N8. Guests are invited to meet the family there.
She lived by the saying, "Charge to experience" and "Walangjo". We will miss you Momshie.
