Barbara was born in Peru, Illinois to Fred A. and Margaret G. (Lennox) Snow. She graduated from LaSalle Peru High School in 1952.
Barbara married Donald P. Carroll on May 27, 1955 in Illinois. She was a homemaker. Barbara lived a full and happy life serving Jesus. She has three (3) daughters, Ruth Carroll, Elizabeth Best (Douglas) and Martha Phillips (Nathan), four (4) grandchildren, six (6) great-grandchildren and her Brother, Hugh Snow (Carmen).
A visitation will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, located at 5411 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417, on October 3, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
The funeral service will follow at the same location from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A committal service will take place at Royal Palm Funeral Home & Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, located at 5601 Greenwood Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, at 12:45pm on October 3, 2025.
