HURCHELL O’CONNOR MARCH 13, 1949 — NOVEMBER 9, 2025
Hurchell O’Connor was born in the semi-rural parish of Clarendon, Jamaica—an area known for its historic sugarcane estates and the Monymusk Sugar Factory. Proud of his Jamaican roots, Hurchell carried his heritage with him throughout his life.
A lover of cinema, Hurchell found joy in action movies and admired actors such as Telly Savalas, Bo Derek, and Sean Connery. Movies were his entertainment, his escape, and often his comfort.
Hurchell was a hardworking man who believed deeply in providing for his family. He married the love of his life, Pamela Marsh, and together they traveled, dreamed, and created a lifetime of memories until Pamela’s passing in 2014.
Now reunited with her once again, Hurchell leaves behind a legacy of strength, pride, and love. He is survived by three children—Annmarie, Telli, and Terrance; six grandchildren—Devante, Brianna, Terrance Jr., Riya, Reema, and Aseem; and two great-grandchildren—Zayne and Zavier.
