Lawrence Pitts

"Larry" as he was known to all, held a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, and a masters degree from Montclair State University , and had been professor at Essex County college for over 46 years. He was well respected by his colleagues, received many awards, and most importantly, was beloved by his students.

Larry is survived by his children Jessica & husband Alex, Nicole, Benjamin, Matthew & wife Alyssa, and his grandchildren, Frank, Daniel, Alex, Julieanna, Madison and Kaya. Larry's is predeceased by his wife Vickie Ann Grosso and son Michael Miktus. He will be remembered dearly by friends and family alike.

Services will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral home located at 5411 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417 on Friday, June 15,2018 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
